Court documents, medical records, and accident reports are used for social development, such as new drug development and accident prevention, and some processes for privacy preservation are needed when they are published. We discuss the privacy risk for document, which has been seldom discussed so far, and propose an adversary model and a metric of privacy risk for documents. Our main target is accident reports in school and we analyze actual accident reports and evaluate the risk of them to find conditions of sanitizing and confirm the efficiency of proposal method. Furthermore, we have develop a prototype of a risk evaluation tool for documents.
