The database researchers have set their sights on addressing the fresh challenges offered by retrieving meaningful intervals of video database. However, for extention of the method to multi-stream video it will not be effecitive because of the more meaningful spatio-temporal features that be presented in multi-stream video. In this paper, we analyze the problem of multi-stream video retrieval and propose a methodology to construct video hypervideo dynamically as a meaningful unit for the end user.
