という問いに対する明確な答えは未だない.本研究の目的は,マウスのカルシウムイメージングデータから睡眠・覚醒状態を特徴付ける現象を解析することである. カルシウムイメージングは多数のニューロンを同時に観察できる方法だが,時間分解能が低いという欠点があるため,本研究ではニューロンのスパイク単位の活動は推定しない.本稿では,同時に活動するニューロンのグループが存在すると仮定し,グループとその活動の度合いを非負値行列因子分解(NMF)を用いて推定した. process for the survival of 11.nim11-h,, however, its phenomenon is poorly understood. We aim to discover phenomena which characterize sleep/wake states from calcium imaging data. Calcium imaging is a technique that can observe activities of a large number of neurons simultaneously, however, it has a disadvantage of low time resolution. Therefore, we do not inference on neuronal activity at a single spike level. In this paper, we made an assumption that groups of neurons become active simultaneously. We used non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) to identify those groups and their neuronal activities in time.
