• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 戦略コンサルティング会社に由来するロジカルシンキングの手法は，説得力のある提案や報告の作成に効果的なことから，広く普及しているが，学術的な基礎が不十分なために，経営企画の領域に適用範囲が限定されている．本研究の目的はロジカルシンキングで用いられる手法の有効性の検証を行うことにある．2017 年に活動の一環として行った，理系大学院生によるロジックツリーを用いた目的と手段の分析の演習で，目的と手段の関係を取り違える誤答が高い頻度で発生することを見出した．本論文では，2018 年にこれらの誤答率を下げるために実施した演習とその結果得られた改善効果について述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Logical thinking methods derived from strategy consulting firm is widely used because they are effective for creating persuasive proposals and reports. However due to insufficient academic foundation, the scope of application is limited within management planning area. The objective of our research is to verify the effectiveness of methods used in logical thinking. In 2017, as a part of the research, we have conducted exercises that organize logic trees, which represent hierarchical relationship of purpose and means, and found error cases that reverses objects and means occurred in high rate. In this paper, we describe exercises that were conducted in 2018 to reduce the rate of error cases and the improvement results.
