WTP (支払意思額 : Willingness To Pay) 及び WTA (受取意思額 : Willingness To Accept) の関係をアンケートにより明らかにした．更に，故障頻度に対する一般ユーザとピジネスユーザの特性の違いとして割増率 telecommunication network technologies and corresponding usage scenario, the market environment for telecommunication services have been greatly changed. The perspective of application has become more important, and the application of telecommunication service with suitable pricing and high utility are required from users. In this paper, we aim to provide telecommunication network service with quality of service that satisfies users. The impact of reliability of telecommunication service on users' utility is studied. The relation between telecommunication network failure rate and willingness to pay (WTP), and that between telecommunication network failure rate and willingness to accept (WTA) are clarified through questionnaire survey.
