やセンシング技術の高度化により，小型センサやウェアラブルデバイス等を用いた簡易的なセンシングが可能になった．そこで我々は，より簡易的で汎用的なセンシング手法の構築を目的として．オフィスワーカーの心身 ・環境センシングのためのスマートフォンアプリケーションを開発し，60 人のオフィスワーカーを対象に 2～3 週間の実験を行った．本稿では開発したアプリケーションのシステム
