：視覚的，電波的に見通しがない環境） で運用される場合があり，見通し外環境においてもドローンとの通信を確保する手段が検討されている．本研究では，見通し外ドローンとの通信を確保する一つの手段として，2016年に総務省が制度化した 「無人移動体画像伝送システム」 の一つである 169MHz 帯を用いたドローン制御システムを提案している．本稿では，169MHz drones are actively researched and developed for disaster response and infrastructure inspection applications. These drones may be operated in an environment of no direct line of sight from the pilot (Beyond-Line-Of-Sight : an environment in which there is no visual or radio line of sight). A means to ensure communication with these drones are considered. In this research, we propose a drone control system using 169 MHz band, which is one of \"unmanned mobile image transmission system\" institutionalized by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in 2016.
