this paper, we focus on a wireless network using drones as an emergency communication system during large-scale disaster. In our past study, it is assumed that a packet transmission is succeed if the drone is located within a certain distance. However, in practice, the flying drone tilts in the direction of movement. Then, the received power decreases and the communicable distance also changes in consideration of the effects of antenna directivity and polarization plane deviation. Herein, we model the relationship between the speed and the inclination of flying drones and the reduction of received power by considering the inclination. We evaluate the delay time for the moving speed and the number of drone by simulation.
