• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本論文は，聴覚障害児の手話と(音声言語の)読み書き能力の双方を支援するためのモバイルアプリケーションを提案する．独自言語である日本手話は，ろう者はもちろん難聴者にとっても重要なコミュニケーション・情報取得の手段となっている．しかし，難聴児のなかには，音声言語はもとより手話についても学び，獲得することが難しい例も少なくない．一方，私たちの生活空間にはテキストが溢れており，その読み書き能力は社会生活に大きな影響を与えている．本アプリケーションは，(1)モバイル端末のカメラから取得される手話動画にタグを結びつけて登録する機能，(2)手話動画をタグとセットで複数並べて保存する機能，(3)保存した手話動画とタグの並びを再生する機能，(4)利用者の学習履歴を保管する機能を備える．これらの機能によって，手話とそれに対応する単語やフレーズを学習することができ，また，学習者の理解度の促進や把握につながると思われる．本研究ではこれまでに，提案アプリケーションの基本機能を実装し，動作検証を行った．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper describes a mobile application to support children with hearing difficulties to learn both sign language and reading and spelling skills. Sign language is a way of communication for persons with hearing difficulties. However, it is difficult for children with hearing difficulties to learn sign language form their hearing parents. On the other hand, a written text can be seen everywhere and the skills to understand it is important in our daily lives. Our application has the following four functions: (1) to associate a sign video acquired from a camera of a mobile terminal with a tag and register it, (2) to save a sequence of sign videos and the corresponding tags, (3) to play the saved sequence, and (4) to record a learning history of users which contains view counts of sign videos. With these functions, it is possible for users to learn sign language and corresponding words and phrases, and it will lead to understanding and grasp of their understanding level. In this study, we have implemented the basic functions of the proposed application and verified the operation.
