article"}]},"item_21_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA1245124X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_21_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-4390","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_21_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿ではストリーミング型音楽配信サービスAWAにおけるコンテンツ推薦システムの構築，およびシステム稼働に至るまでの実践的なプロセスについて紹介する．AWAではユーザに対する適切なコンテンツの推薦，とりわけ類似コンテンツの推薦が，体験向上の大きな要因となる．本サービスにおいてユーザに推薦すべきコンテンツとしては，単一の「楽曲」の他に，楽曲の集まりである「プレイリスト」があるが，後者のプレイリストは多くの場合，ユーザが高頻度で内容を更新することが多い．このため従来の大規模集計による手法では更新の反映待ち時間と推薦元の網羅率に課題があった．そこで我々は適切な特徴量加工と近似最近傍探索を用いた類似プレイリスト探索システムを構築した．その結果として，更新の反映待ち時間については最大で24時間ほど要していたものをほぼリアルタイムに，網羅率に関しては65％から98％に改善した． \n\\nこの国際標準は総合信頼性を説明責任達成によって担保する立場を取っている．たとえば，AI，IoT，セキュリティなどの分野においては，総合信頼性の達成には，要求されたときに要求どおりに遂行するだけでは不十分であると考えられる．そのため，総合信頼性の根拠として，要求仕様を満足することだけでなく，説明責任の達成が取り上げられている．説明責任達成を信頼性の根拠とするアプローチは，深層学習などのために，完全な要求仕様記述を前提とすることが適切でないシステムに対するアシュランス議論の枠組みとしてはたらくことが期待されている．この方向の標準化活動がIEC TC 56 WG 4 Information systemsおよびISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 7 Software and systems
