• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 高知大学気象情報頁においては気象衛星画像の提供を継続しており、付随して様ざまの質問に対応する必要が生じている。ここでは、地球環境問題を中心とする情報提供の手段としてのポータルサイトの構築実験と、サイトにおける情報収集手段としての Web連携メーリングリストシステムの構成について考察した。メーリングリストは古くから利用されているが、Web Page との連携によってコミュニティポータルの重要な構成要素となり得る。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: While we have been working on a weather satellite image distribution system at Kochi University Weather Home, there are many occasions to respond questions on the images and other earth environmental issues. We report here experimentation of a portal site for the earth environment information and installation of a web-based mailing list system as a method of collecting information. Mailing lists will become important elements of community portals if they are well cooperated with web pages.
