However, group teaching method is widely used in schools because it requires much burden for a single teacher to deal with many students simultaneously in individual teaching method. Meanwhile, schools are introducing pen tablet terminals to students; that gives us an opportunity to grasp students' behaviour in real time. In this research, we are developing a system that timely notifies teacher which student needs individual guidance in group teaching environment by analysing pen stroke data from pen tablets of students. In this report, we describe our prototype system that detects ”late responding learners” based on delay in writing timings.
