• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 学習指導要領の変更が頻繁になされる一方で、皮肉にも学生の学力低下を指摘する声は年々増大している。そこで、個々人について勤務先や最終学歴、大学・高校・中学・小学校で履修した科目名や成績を網羅する教育データベースを想定する。このデータベースの活用によって、履修科目がどのように人材育成に影響するかを検証できることを提示し、国家的急務となっている教育改革??人材育成の一助とするのが本研究の狙いである。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: While the teaching guidelines are revised frequently, many voice the concern regarding the supposed decline in the students' ability. In this paper, we propose to create a database that covers the occupation, school names, all classes taken at universities, high schools, junior high schools and elementary schools as well as the grades. Our objective is to show that such a database can be used to study the impact of the education history on individuals' development and provide inputs to the educational reform underway.
