We report here the successful results of an experiment, for four patients as subjects, on expressing a word for each of open questions that are not answered by Yes / No. Each subject selected vowels (max 3) contained in the word they wanted to express in a sequential way using the Yes / No aid, then his/her caregiver entered them into a software which showed candidates of the word having those vowels. The caregiver selected words appropriate to the question, read them one by one, and the subject decided the word using the Yes/No aid.}, title = {完全閉じ込め状態に近いALS患者による単語発信の実験-近赤外光によるYes/No意思伝達装置の研究-}, year = {2019} }
