Bitcoin Core を用いて実装し，100 名規模の CTF (Capture The Flag) capability evaluation or the like, it is very difficult to detect errors or mistakes by test givers and scorers, since the correct / incorrect decision logic is often not undisclosed. In this paper, we propose a sustainable examination system with enhanced reliability and transparency by utilizing a public blockchain without centralized authority, and show an implementation example. In our proposed method, the hash value of the correct answer, the decision condition and the decision result are recorded in the blockchain which is practically impossible to be tampered with afterwards.
