However, it has the problems of low transaction throughput and requiring a long time to approve. These problems can be solved by shortening the block generation interval, but there is a disadvantage of increasing the fork. In this paper, we aim to shorten the block generation interval without increasing the fork generation rate by improving the network topology of the node group and shortening the propagation time. We propose a neighboring node selection method to form a network topology with short block propagation time.
