 note = {実社会に直結した専門学校教育という目的を完遂するため，授業の課題として作品については，就職活動のポートフォリオとしての活用やウェブなどでの公開を促進すべきであるが，一方で著作権侵害などのトラブルが発生する可能性が増大する．そうした事態を回避するため，作品制作の際の著作権ガイドラインが必要である．学生の学ぶ分野ごとに留意すべきポイントは異なるので，ガイドラインも分野ごとに必要となる．また学生の国際化，グローバルな環境での作品発表などの変化に伴い国際的な視点も採り入れ，ガイドラインを構成することが必要である．, In order to accomplish the purpose of vocational education directly linked to society, it is necessary to promote the use of student's works that were made in a lesson as a portfolio of job hunting activities. And it is desirable to publish the student's works on the web, too. On the other hand, if students will do these things, the risk about infringement of third parties copyrights is increased. For that reason, it is necessary to establish the rule for student about making a work in a lesson. When we make the copyright guideline, we must be careful to some points. At first, with each field of studying, we must have own guideline. An d along with the release of student's works under the global circumstances or diversification of the nationalities of students, we must consider a viewpoint of internationalization at making the copyright guideline.},
