article"}]},"item_2_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-7764","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我々は,ジャミング転移を活用し,口内に硬さおよび形状を提示することで食感を表現するシステムを提案する.ジャミング転移とは,密度によって粉粒体が異なる振舞いをする物理現象のことである.ジャミング転移を活用することで,様々な形状をした物体を口内に含めることができ,加えて口内でその物体の硬さを自由に変えることができる.本研究ではまず,空気圧によりジャミング転移を発生させるプロトタイプを実装し,ユーザ実験を行った.ユーザ実験では,プロトタイプを用いて提示可能な硬さの範囲および分解能について調査した.結果,範囲としては,マシュマロ程度の柔らかさからシャーベット程度の硬さまで,分解能としては,最大4種類の異なる硬さを口内に提示が可能ということが確認できた.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"We proposed a food texture display with hardness and shape by jamming. Jamming is a physical process which particles behave differently depending on the density. We implemented a prototype of a pneumatic jamming system. We confirmed the human perception regarding provided hardness, especially the range and the resolution, by using the prototype. As a result, the provided range of hardness was that between marshmallow softness and sherbet hardness, and the provided resolution of hardness was four.
