• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 我が国の個人情報保護委員会と欧州委員会の累次の対話を踏まえ，欧州が我が国を，データ保護について十分な措置を備えていると認定 （十分性認定） する手続きが佳境に入っている．欧州委員会による決定の草案には，欧州データ保護会議 （EDPB） からの意見が公表され，欧州議会での採択にあたっても意見が付された．本発表では，EDPB の意見を踏まえて，十分性認定の現状と展望を述べることとする．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Based on the past several rounds of dialogues between Japan's Personal Information Protection Committee and the European Commission, the process of accrediting (the adequacy decision) by the EU to admit that Japan has adequate measures for data protection reached at its height. An opinion from the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) was announced in the draft decision issued by the European Commission, and other opinions were also adopted at the adoption process by the European Parliament. In this paper, based on these opinions, the current situation and prospects for "the adequacy decision" is considered and discussed.
