 note = {放送は日常生活とかかわりの深いメディアである一方，放送とインターネット，実社会のサービスを簡単な操作で相互に利用することは難しく，サービスの利用機会の損失やユーザ満足度の低下を招く原因の1つとなっている．この課題に対して筆者らは，テレビとスマートフォン（スマホ）そしてIoTデバイスが相互に連携し，デバイスをまたいだ放送と多様なサービスとの連携が実現することで，社会に新しい価値を提供できるものと考えている．本稿では，放送通信連携システム“ハイブリッドキャスト”を拡張し，様々な事業者がユーザの行動に応じて番組やその視聴行動に関連したコンテンツを提供可能な行動連携システムのモデルと，その中心で動作し，従来の放送を起点としたスマホとの連携に加え，スマホさらにはIoTデバイスを起点に放送との連携を可能にする端末連携アーキテクチャを提案する．また，本アーキテクチャの実装と番組視聴と生活行動の連携に関する複数のユースケースの試作検証を通して，その実用性の高さを確認した．さらにユーザ評価により，本アーキテクチャがスマホを起点とした放送視聴を可能にすることで，ユーザの利便性や満足度を向上させ，放送の視聴機会を増加させる可能性があるという知見を得た．以上の結果より，本アーキテクチャが番組視聴と生活行動をスムーズに連携させるための手段として有効であることを示した．, Broadcast media influences people's behavior in daily life. However, the accessibility between broadcast and internet or real-life services is not smooth and it brings to decrease user satisfaction and opportunity to use each services. We have considered that an architecture which enables to connect TVs, smartphones and IoT-enabled devices and mash-up services with broadcast, are necessary to solve this problem. Therefore, we propose a companion screen architecture which can provide cross-device services with IoT that are not only TV-centric but also companion device-centric, and a system model for content targeting related TV experience by extending Hybridcast system. We prototyped multiple use cases of connecting broadcast, internet, or real-life services using the proposed architecture and confirmed its feasibility and general versatility. Moreover, from the result of user tests, this architecture has potential to improve accessibility and user satisfaction of broadcast from mobile services and to increase opportunity to watch broadcast program. We concluded that the proposed architecture is an innovative technology that can bridge TV experience and daily activities smoothly and create new value in our society.},
