3 次元形状を推定する手法を提案する.まず,細胞内の物質によって透過光が減衰し,それが顕微鏡のレンズにより集光されることで顕微鏡画像が得られる,という光学モデルを仮定し,この光学モデルに基づいた画像生成を定式化する.この式により推定される輝度値と,実際の画像の輝度値の誤差を最小化することで,細胞の 3 次元透過率分布を推定し,それにより形状復元を行う.シミュレーションでは,細胞の CG モデルを使って多重焦点画像列を人工的に作成し,提案手法より推定した透過率と,真値を比較することで,本手法の有効性を確認した.また,実際の細胞の画像から 3
