 note = {デジタルコンテンツの不正利用を防止する機能を有す主要なDRM（Digital Rights Management）システムは，独自にライセンス情報の項目・記述方法・生成方法を定義している．このため，複数のDRMシステムを利用してデジタルコンテンツの配信サービスを行う場合，DRMシステムごとに個別でライセンス情報を管理する必要があった．本稿では，DRMシステムに依らずライセンス情報を一元的に記述する方式と，その記述方式に対応する統合管理機構を提案する．本機構は，XrMLをベースに記述されたライセンス情報を登録する機能と，ライセンスを発行する機能を有す．これらの機能について，性能測定を行い，本機構が配信サービスに実用上問題ないことを確認した．, We propose a method of describing several rights(licenses) derived from major DRM systems, and its prototype system. Up to now, most DRM systems use each own attributes of rights, data expressions, and process of generating capsules. Therefore, in a case of digital content distribution service, it is difficult to manage the licenses which depend on the DRM systems. In order to solve the above problem, we try to integrate the description of rights(licenses) based on XrML. Our method enables the prototype system to express several licenses. We experiment with two functions of the prototype system which the method applies to : license registration and license issue. The result shows that the prototype system has a good performance.},
