report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8760","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"筆者らは，サービス付き高齢者住宅であるケアホーム西大井こうほうえんで，ケアの事例映像を用いた学習環境の構築を進めている．この介護施設では利用者一人ひとりが望む生活支援が理念であり，介護スタッフが日常のケアの振り返りを行い，利用者の個性に合わせたケアの在り方に関する気づきやノウハウの共有を進める学習会を定期開催している．これまでケア映像事例を用いた学習会を実践してきたが，ケア場面の問題点や改善点に気づいてはいても，それを学習会の場で的確に表出できないケースが顕在化してきた．そこで本研究では，ケア映像事例を視聴して気づいた点をアイコン選択によってスレート端末から送信し，学習会参加者の間で共有できる環境を構築し，学習会の場で実践評価した．その結果，これまで意見を発言できなかった初任者が気づいた点を気軽に送信でき学習会での議論に貢献できる，これまで正しいと信じていたケアが利用者本人の想いと乖離していたケースを発見できる，といった効果があることが分かり，提案システムが介護スキルの見える化やケアの善し悪しの評価に役立ち，介護従事者のスキルアップに繋がる見通しを得た．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicPageEnd":"5","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"研究報告ヒューマンコンピュータインタラクション（HCI）"}],"bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-11-27","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"10","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2018-HCI-180"}]},"relation_version_is_last":true,"weko_creator_id":"44499"},"id":192532,"links":{}}
