• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 病院において MRI や CT などの医療画像診断装置を用いて患者の検査 ・ 治療を行う者は診断放射線技師と呼ばれる．我々は人材教育を考慮した勤務スケジューリングの最適化モデルの構築，および計画支援システムの構築を目指して研究を行っている．これまでに，1ヶ月の勤務計画を立てるための短期のスケジューリングモデルを提案した．本論文では，技師の教育計画をたてることを目的とする中期スケジューリングについて検討した．教育計画に対する順序制約を構成するためにペトリネットを用いた手法を提案し，教育計画問題を定式化した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Those who perform diagnosis and treatment of patients using medical imaging diagnostic apparatuses such as MRI and CT in hospitals are called diagnostic radiographers. Our research project focuses on the construction of an optimization model of schedule considering human resource education and developing a support system. We have proposed a short-term scheduling model to make a one - month work plan. In this paper, we examined medium-term scheduling aiming at establishing an education plan for radiographers. We proposed a method using Petri net to form order constraint on the educational plan, then we formulated an educational planning problem.
