In this paper, we propose a method to add wavy effects to handwritten characters by formularizing their strokes and realize a system to create emotional handwritten messages to make messages more expressive. Besides, we analyze whether each letter with the effect can tell its intention on experimental tests and consider factors that influence the representation of each impression.
