自由に二次利用可能な形式でデータを公開するオープンデータの取り組みが広がりを見せている．日本での取組済の自治体数は，2018 年 7 月時点で 300 を超える．そのような中で，実際に提供されているオープンデータについては，その量や内容に相違が存在している．本研究では，かような自治体におけるオープンデータの取り組みにつき，自治体としてどのような契機でその着手に至り，その結果としてどのような自己評価を行っているのか事例分析を通して明らかにする． |

Open data efforts to publish data in a freely secondary available format are spreading. The number of municipalities that have been engaged in open data in Japan exceeds 300 as of July 2018. Under such circumstances, differences exist in the amount and content of open data that is actually provided. In this research, we will clarify the initiative of open data in municipalities through case analysis as to what kind of opportunity as a municipality leads to its initiation and what self-evaluation it was supposed to do. |
