• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 今般，EU による 「十分性認定」 が日本に対してなされる予定である．本論考においては，EU 一般データ保護規則 （GDPR） が求めるデータ保護体制の在り方と十分性認定において求められる監督機関の組織の在り方をふまえて，監督 ・ 執行の現状と課題について可能な限りその他の国の現状も踏まえて検討を行う．

In this paper, based on the data protection framework and organizational structure that EU general data protection regulation is requiring for adequacy decision, present situation and challenges of supervising authority and its supervision and enforcement are considered as much as possible with other countries' situations.
