COI では，高齢者が元気になるモビリティ社会の実現を目指した研究開発を進めており，特に我々は 「データ循環」 に基づく情報基盤構築によって 「いきいきした生活」 支援環境の実現を目指している．本稿では，高齢者の外出促進を目的としてスマートフォンを利用した行動認識とチャットアプリケーションを開発した．これは，高齢者の行動を逐次認識し，蓄積されたデータを活用して地域のイベントなど外出につながる情報を，チャット対話を通じて高齢者に提示する外出促進チャットアプリケーションである．このチャットアプリケーションを利用し，愛知県豊田市にて 10
