 note = {企業がイノベーションを創出するためには，地域の生活者の統合的な暮らしに関する知識が必要であるが，企業単独の調査だけでその深い知識を獲得することは難しい．そこで筆者らは，生活者の統合的な暮らしを把握することで，イノベーション創出に向けた気づきを得ることができると考え，地域生活者の，生きがいのある暮らしの実現に実績のある福岡県大牟田市の地域福祉の窓口 （地域包括支援センター） と，そこに所属するソーシャルワーカーと連携し，「地域密着型リビングラボ」 の検証を進めている．我々は，生活者が暮らしの中で抱える本質的課題を把握し，解決策を導くことを目標とするソーシャルワーカーのパーソンセンタードケアの視点に着目し，生活者の課題や価値観等の捉え方，またその解決策の生み出し方をソーシャルワーカーと共に分析した．本稿では，この分析に基づき，パーソンセンタードケア視点で，生活者の暮らしを理解する観点を整理，さらに，その知見をビジネス開発の設計方法論に展開する可能性について考えたので報告する．, For business innovations, companies need to understand life of people holistically, however it is difficult for them to find out deep insights by themselves. Because of this reason, we collaborate with division for community welfare of Omuta-City to find out the insights for the innovations. Then we focused on viewpoints of social workers at Omuta-City based on an idea of person-centered care for understanding the life, and we analysed the way of understanding problems of life and process of solving problems with social workers. This paper described person-centered care's viewpoints for understanding the life based on the analysis, and discussed about a future work of developing the insights to business innovations.},
