X 線ホログラフィーは,特定元素周辺の 3 次元原子配列を記憶する構造解析手法である.本手法の 3 次元原子像再生では計算機による処理に長時間がかかっていることが問題になっている.このため本研究では,3 次元原子像再生の計算を NVIDIA 社の GPU 上に実装し高速化を行った.実装の手法は OpenACC と CUDA を用いた.CPU1 スレッド実行に比べ,OpenACC を用いた実装では fluorescence holography is a structural analysis method to memorize 3D atomic arrangement around a speciflc element. In 3D atomic image reconstruction of this method, it takes a long time to process by a computer. For this reason, in this research, the calculation of 3D atomic image reconstruction was implemented on NVIDIA's GPU and the speed was increased. The implementation method was OpenACC and CUDA. It is 49 times faster than implementing OpenACC compared with 1 thread execution of CPU.
