(Generative Adversary Network, GAN) についての研究は昨今盛んに行われており,1024 × 1024 画像生成など,より高精細な画像の生成が可能となってきているがこれに伴い学習にかかる計算コストが爆発的に増えている.本報告では GAN の持つ,Discriminator と Generator が交互に学習するという特性に着目し,従来の浮動小数点表記よりピットサイズを削減し,ダイナミックレンジを bias をずらすことで調整する \"Bias-Shift 型浮動小数点表記\" について検討した.また検討に基づき DCGAN
