In this paper, our target content is TV-news and Web-news. We extract topic structures which consist of subject terms and content terms, and generate topic graph based on our topic structures from each media. Our topic graph consists of main-topic and sub-topics. We extract difference information between TV-news and Web-news based on main-topic and subtopics. We propose two kinds of difference information in this paper. One is viewpoint-difference-information; the other is topic-detail-spread-difference. We also propose automatic creation for dialog based on our proposed two kinds of difference information.},
