article discusses an architectural strategy to develop and operate information services in the open, dynamic smart mobility market in where many stakeholders are competing and cooperating as well as a methodology for supply chain management of the services. The strategy uses a standardized conceptual architecture as the inter-organizational architecture and construct an intra-organizational architecture subject to it in a microservice architecture style, which can catch up changes with agility. The feature model is constructed to comprehend services and we conduct separation of home-brew and external services, boundary management of microservices, and delayed decomposition of microservices.
