QOL (Quality of Life) でとらえることにより,高齢者が真に望むケアが実現できると言われている.我々は,高齢者と家族とのコミュニケーションにおいて,高齢者の QOL 表出発話 (聞き手が高齢者の発話から高齢者の QOL を推定できる発話) の生成をサポートすることで,高齢者の QOL を家族に伝え,両者のコミュニケーションの質を向上させるシステムの構築を目指している.本稿では,高齢者と家族との対話を分析し,右記の 2 点を明らかにする.(1) 高齢者と家族との通常の (システムのサポートのない) コミュニケーションにおいて高齢者の QOL がどのように表出するかを分析し,高齢者の QOL をより家族に伝えるためにはどのようなサポートが必要かを明らかにする.(2) QOL 表出発話にはどのような特徴があるかを分析し,高齢者の QOL を家族に伝えるための要件を明らかにする.クラウドソーシングで収集した 501 名による発話を分析した結果,高齢者の行動や状態を表す発話,要望を表す発話,具体的な内容を述べる発話が高齢者の QOL
