SAT 法を援用し，スマートフォンにより一定のセルフメンタルケアの可能なデジタルコンテンツコースが開発されているが，利用者の使用の動機付け，利便性，普及性を高めることが課題であった．本研究では，これらの問題に対してチャットボットの利用を提案し，チャットボットの誘導により操作などの簡便なコースを開発した．提案のチャットボットコースと比較対象であるチャットボットコースを用いないコースにおいて，ストレス軽減効果と利用意欲の度合いについて，チャットボットコースの方が優れていることが確認された．すなわち，セルフメンタルケアが可能なデジタルコンテンツコースをさらに効果的にすることができた．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicPageEnd":"8","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"研究報告デジタルコンテンツクリエーション（DCC）"}],"bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-06-09","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2018-DCC-19"}]},"relation_version_is_last":true,"weko_creator_id":"11"},"id":189861,"updated":"2025-01-20T01:27:00.803179+00:00","links":{},"created":"2025-01-19T00:55:51.854499+00:00"}
