次元の立体構造をリアルタイムに観察可能にする超解像顕微鏡技術はまだ確立されていない.本稿では,近年画像認識の分野で大きく注目されている畳み込みニューラルネットワークを用いることで,3 次元の立体構造を描く手法を提案する.提案する手法は 20nm 以下の分解能で撮像対象の 3 Using Convolutional Neural Network which has received much attention in the field of image recognition in recent years, we developed a 3D Superresolution method.
