電波監理の在り方について，2018 年現在，規制改革推進会議の答申等を受けて総務省において議論が続けられている．本論考においては，様々な観点から電波監理政策の在り方が検討されている現状を概観したうえで，電波の配分に関する透明性の向上が目指される中における，電波監理に関する行政指導と政策の在り方について議論を整理し，現状の問題点を把握することとする． |

Currently,as of 2018,the way of spectrum management is discussed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications responding to consultation reports issued by the Regulatory Reform Promotion Council at Cabinet Office. In this paper,current situation where spectrum management policy is being considered from various viewpoints is overviewed. Then,discussion on policy and administrative guidance in spectrum management is organized. As improvement of transparency in allocation of radio spectrum is aimed,current problems and situation are considered. |
