① WiFi や BLE などの無線電波の受信状態を用いて店員の測位を行う方式と ② カメラで検出した人物の動きと店員が保持する加速度センサの測定値を比較して店員を同定 ・ 測位する方式に大別されるが,① は電波の受信状態が不安定な移動中は正確な測位が困難であり,② は店員と客が映像中に混在するため店員の同定精度が劣化するという課題があった.そこで本論文ではカメラとBLEビーコンを用いる手法を提案する.提案手法は映像においてカウンタなど店員のみが進入可能なエリアに静止中の人物を検知した際,BLE ビーコンの測位結果と映像中の人物位置を比較して店員を同定する.提案手法では電波受信が安定する静止状態の測位結果を用いること,及び店員 ・ 客の混在を避けて同定を行うことにより人物同定を高精度に行うことが可能であり,実店舗における評価では 3 店舗中 9
