The feature of this method is to utilize legacy monitoring cameras for detecting user's location and direction. Moreover, this method enables to construct information dissemination systems with context awaring. Monitoring cameras recognize infrared ray emitted from a user's mobile information terminal and detect the user's context by image processing. The user can receive relevant navigation contents depending on his/her context.
