Mollifier によって平滑化して問題を解き,平滑化を緩めながら元の問題の解に近づける段階的最適化が提案されている.しかし,従来の段階的最適化手法は制約の無い最適化問題を対象としており,制約付きの最適化問題に直接適用することができない.本稿では,制約付き凸最適化問題の最適性条件である KKT 条件 (Karush-Kuhn-Tucker condition) にもとづいて,制約付き非凸最適化問題を解けるよう段階的最適化手法を拡張する.さらに,等式制約にもとづいて Mollifier を調整することで,段階的最適化を効率化する手法を提案する.非凸最適化問題として定式化される Shape-from-Shading
