認知症ケア充実を図るためには，ケア提供者間 （多職種） の連携やエビデンス （先行研究） の学びが必要である．講演者らは，健康情報学分野の研究者，看護師，臨床美術士，音楽療法士，社会福祉士などを構成員とする共学活動を実施している．本稿ではこの活動の特徴である 「エビデンスイン ・ ナラティブアウト」 の考え方とそれに基づいた活動の成果について報告する． |

For improving care for individuals with dementia, multi-disciplinary cooperation and learning “evidence” (previous studies) are of importance. The authors have an activity to learn together whose participants consist of a health informatics researcher, a nurse, a clinical art therapist, a music therapist and a social worker. This paper introduce the concept of “Evidence-In and Narrative-Out” on which the activity is based and some outcomes of the activity. |
