Web サイト全体の HTTPS 対応が進んでいる．しかし，国内の普及率は 2017 年 10 月時点で 55% に留まっており，何らかの阻害要因が存在すると考えられる．本研究では，インタビュー調査および Web アンケート調査により，HTTPS 対応に関する情報システム管理者の意識調査を実施した．その結果，HTTPS 対応の進行状況は，インターネット公開有無や重要情報有無といったシステム特性，定期的チェック有無といった対策推進部署の取組み，評判の良否といった対策推進部署と他部署の関係性に，それぞれ強い相関があることが分かった．さらに，HTTPS
