・ 福祉の場でも特に嚥下障害が深刻な課題となっており,嚥下障害を原因とした誤嚥やそれによる肺炎,低栄養などの問題が引き起こされている.ところが既存の嚥下機能の評価には訓練されたスタッフが必要であるため,特定の場所やタイミングでしか評価が行えない.そのためスクリーニングとしてより適した評価方法が求められている.日常的に嚥下を計測できれば,スクリーニングの機会を増やすことや,自然な嚥下を測定でき評価の高度化につながる.またユーザに自身の嚥下能力を提示できれば,リハビリテーションの場での指標にもなる.そこで本論文では,ユーザが嚥下を行う際,頸部の周径が変化することに着目し,頸部周径変化からユーザの嚥下を判定する手法を提案する.周径変化の測定には,伸縮を静電容量の変化として出力できるストレッチセンサを用いる.使用するストレッチセンサは薄い柔軟な膜であるため,任意の形状変化が可能であり,100% の伸び歪みを繰り返し生じさせても,機械的な破壊,電気的な特性の変化が生じない.そのため,ユーザに負担なく装着できる点から,ウェアラブルデバイスとして適していると考えた.本研究ではこのストレッチセンサを用いて頸部周径変化を測定し,頸部周径変化に基づく嚥下判定手法の評価おこなった.結果として着脱無し環境で 0.989,着脱有り環境で 0.898 の認識精度を得た.また,頸部周径変化から嚥下を含む 6 つのコンテキストについて動作の推定を行い,結果として平均 0.896
