We are investigating on a design method which supports the decision of this division point. With our method, the target system is first descibed with SpecC and the supporting tools convert the SpecC description into the implementation description of software and that of hardware. This paper defines a set of rules for converting the software part of the SpecC description into the implementation description in C language.
