 note = {本稿の目的は，医療記録に含まれる語彙の季節変動を調べることにある．今回12 ヵ月分の医療記録を対象に各月の医療記録に特徴的に多く出現する名詞を対数尤度比検定により特定し，対象月と参照月で共通する特徴語数を求め季節変動を調べた．その結果，2 月と3 月，4 月と5 月というように連続する2 ヵ月間で共通する特徴語数が多いことが示唆された．, The aim of this paper is to examine seasonal variation in vocabulary included in medical records.
