i-Construction 政策を推進し，社会基盤施設の 3 次元データを測量，設計，施工，維持管理で活用するための施策を実施している．社会基盤施設の 3 次元データは，航空レーザ，地上設置型レーザスキャナ，UAV （Unmanned Aerial Vehicle） 等によって計測されるが，現場の特性を踏まえた計測とデータ処理が必要である．本研究では，計測機器により道路，橋梁および河川等の 3 次元データを取得し，活用のために必要な処理を行う工夫と，3
