• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: いわゆる個人情報保護法上の個人情報の定義，特に照合性については様々な議論が行われている．個人情報保護法においては容易照合，行政機関個人情報保護法においては照合として議論の対象となるこの照合性の論点に関して，本稿では情報公開法における個人情報の定義を元に考察を進める．個人情報保護法と情報公開法においては，共に個人情報の定義が設けられているが，一方で，異なる立法趣旨を持つ二つの定義については，学説上の相違点が見られる．この相違点に着目し，それぞれの法律の射程を明らかにしつつ，個人情報の定義に関する検討を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Various discussions are being made on the definition of personal information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, particularly the verification ability. With respect to the point of this collation which is subject to discussion as easy verification in the law and as the verification in the Administrative Institution Privacy Information Protection Law, this paper will consider the definition of personal information in the Act on Access to Information Held by Administrative Organs. Both have the definitions of personal information, but there are theoretical differences for two definitions with different legislative purport. Focusing on this difference, we will examine the definition of personal information while clarifying the range of each law.
