• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 食べ物に含まれる色は暖色系が中心であるため，暖色系の色の鮮やかさが強調されると食べ物画像が美味しそうに見える．しかし，照明が足りない飲食店内で撮影された食べ物画像は鮮やかさが足りず，美味しそうに見えない場合がある．本研究では，領域選択を用いた食べ物画像のための RGB 色空間における明度および彩度強調法を提案する．提案手法では，まず，明度強調を行う．次に，明度条件，彩度条件を用いて食べ物以外の領域を抽出し，食べ物の領域のみに彩度強調を行う．明度強調と彩度強調処理は従来手法と同じものを用いる．実験では，様々な食べ物画像に対して従来手法と提案手法を適用し，実験結果を比較することで提案手法の有効性を確認した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Food images looks delicious when warm hues are vivid. The food image acquired in low illumination environments do not often give delicious impressions. In this report, we proposed the food image enhancement using region selection in RGB color space. In the proposed method, the lightness is first enhanced. Next, regions other than foods are marked by a user based on the lightness and saturation conditions, and the saturation is enhanced only in food regions. The lightness and saturation enhancements are performed by the conventional method proposed by the authors. In this study, to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, the enhancement experiments using various food images are done.
