• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: パーソナルファブリケーションが広まる一方，それらの機器を扱うためのソフトウェアは未だプロ向けのものが多い．また，レーザーカッターの使い道は限られており，普及に伴い，一般向けのソフトウェアや更なる活用方法を提案していく必要がある．そこで本研究では文具や工具など細かなものの収納に着目し，レーザーカッターを活用した，日常的な道具を効果的に収納する手法「StorageCanvas」を提案する．StorageCanvasは，キャンバスとした段ボール上に複数の収納物をはめ込み，インテリアとして利用できる収納手法である．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: While personal fabrication spreads, software for handling those devices is still for professional use. In addition, although lasercutters are versatile, their use is limited and further methods of utilization are expected. Therefore, in this research, focusing on thestorage of small items such as stationery and tools, we propose "StorageCanvas" which effectively utilizes laser cutters to storedaily tools. StorageCanvas is a storage method that can be used as an interior by fitting multiple items on cardboard boxes.Automatically arranging things on the canvas and storing them like a collage makes it possible to create something like completingan art work such as a character's face. In this paper, we show the implementation of StorageCanvas and its examples, considersolving storage problems by personal fabrication and modeling software for general purpose.
