Health Record (PHR) が注目されている．その実現のためには，様々な医療機関や健康増進施設からの情報収集が必要である．本稿では，個々人の体質や個性に関する情報が継続的に集まりやすい鍼灸院に注目し，鍼灸院の特性と集積された情報の特徴間の関係を明らかにする目的で，質問紙を用いて鍼灸院に対し PHR に関する意識調査を行った．回答を得られた 13 件の施術所の特性を抽出するため，主成分分析を行うとともに，自由回答についての質的分析を行い，概念の抽出と概念間の関連性を分析した．その結果，総合診療を鍼灸院の特性として上げた施術所は，ひとりの診療に長い時間をかけることなど，施術所の特性と，そこに集まる情報の内容との関係が明らかになった．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Personal However, use of PHR in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Clinic has some subjects. In this study, we focusing on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Clinic and conducted a questionnaire survey on PHR to clarify relationship between features of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Clinic and the characteristics of accumulated information. We received answer from 13 clinics and extracted the relevance by performing principal component analysis (PCA).
